These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the services provided by Seeded Somatics LLC, based in Portland, Oregon. By accessing or using our services—whether online or in person—you agree to abide by these Terms.

1. Services Provided

Seeded Somatics offers:

  • Virtual group workshops

  • Membership-based programs

  • Hybrid group journeys

  • One-on-one sessions

2. Eligibility & Registration

  • You must be at least 18 years old to register.

  • You must provide accurate personal and billing information.

3. Payment & Fees

  • All fees are as advertised on our website.

  • Payments are processed securely via third-party providers (Stripe, PayPal, Kajabi Payments).

4. No Refund Policy & Cancellation

  • All purchases are final. No refunds will be issued.

  • You may reschedule one-on-one sessions if you provide at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • Missed or late cancellations (under 24h) will be charged in full.

5. Code of Conduct

When participating in Seeded Somatics services, you agree to:

  • Respect the privacy and confidentiality of all participants.

  • Refrain from recording, copying, or distributing any content.

  • Engage with others in a respectful, non-disruptive, and inclusive manner.

  • Avoid harassment, discriminatory behavior, or any conduct that violates community trust.

Seeded Somatics LLC reserves the right to remove participants who violate these guidelines, without refund.

6. Telehealth Consent

By participating in virtual sessions, you acknowledge:

  • Telehealth sessions involve the use of electronic communications and may carry risks of technical issues or breaches of confidentiality.

  • You are responsible for ensuring you have a safe, private space and secure internet connection.

  • Telehealth is not a substitute for in-person medical, psychological, or therapeutic treatment.

7. Disclaimer – Not Therapy

Obi, the owner of Seeded Somatics LLC, is not acting as a licensed therapist in the context of workshops, group sessions, or memberships. Services provided are educational and wellness-oriented, and are not a replacement for professional medical or psychological care.

8. Intellectual Property

All materials, exercises, and content are the property of Seeded Somatics LLC. They are for personal use only and may not be copied, distributed, or shared without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Seeded Somatics LLC and its affiliates are not liable for any injuries, emotional responses, or damages arising from participation.
Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon.

11. Amendments

Seeded Somatics LLC may update these Terms at any time. The latest version will be posted on our website.
